What is “Coaching”?


Coaching is defined as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your potential. Coaching focuses on your life as it relates to transitions in your personal life, relationships or profession. In Coaching, the assumption is that you are already capable of generating your own solutions, while the Coach provides a supportive, discovery-based framework. My skills are about knowing the right questions to ask and having the right tools and techniques to empower you to find those answers within yourself.
